Return policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your Velarisse Hair purchase. That’s why eligible online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date you receive your complete order (gifts are excluded).
If we send you the wrong item, Velarisse Hair will cover the return shipping costs. If you request a return or exchange because you’ve changed your mind or simply prefer a different item, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags or packaging may be subject to additional fees or may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is generally 5–10 days, depending on your destination and shipping method.

Can your hair be dyed and bleached?
Our natural-color human hair may be dyed, but bleaching is not recommended. Chemical processing can affect the condition and longevity of the hair. Consult an experienced colorist before making any changes.

Does your Hair Shed A Lot?
Minimal shedding is normal, especially with curls or waves. Excessively shedding is not—and we’ll address it.
Velarisse Hair has been tested by the National Hair Products and Hair Care Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, certifying it as 100% Human Hair. It’s soft, smooth, bouncy, and doesn’t shed excessively.
