Payment Terms

Any applicable discount applies only to the eligible product or merchandise value and does not apply to taxes, shipping, or other charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VELARISSE Hair may require payment in advance or additional payment security when reasonably necessary.

If a customer fails to make payment according to the agreed payment terms or otherwise violates these Terms of Service, VELARISSE Hair may cancel any unshipped portion of the order while retaining the right to collect any outstanding amounts owed.

Taxes & Import/Export Requirements

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, product prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other government charges.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and for obtaining any import or export licenses or permits required by the laws and regulations of their destination country.

Where applicable, customers may be required to provide valid tax exemption documentation.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible online purchases made through www.velarisse.com, excluding gifts where applicable, may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the date the customer receives all items in the order.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unworn;

  • Undamaged and in original condition;

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging; and

  • Free from alterations or modifications.

Products that have been worn, washed, dyed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used may not qualify as unused merchandise.

For example, if the original strap attached to a U-part wig has been cut, or if the wig has been washed or dyed, the item will not be considered to be in unused condition.

If an item does not meet the return requirements, the customer may be responsible for applicable fees and the return may be rejected or a refund may not be issued.

Unless otherwise specified by VELARISSE Hair, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Force Majeure

VELARISSE Hair will not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations when such circumstances result directly or indirectly from events beyond our reasonable control.

If such an event affects only part of an order or our available supply, VELARISSE Hair may reasonably adjust or eliminate the affected portion without liability, while the remaining portions of the agreement remain in effect.

VELARISSE Hair will not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where prohibited by applicable law.
