We want you to feel completely confident in your VELARISSE Hair purchase. That’s why eligible online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date you receive your complete order (gifts are excluded).

If we send you the wrong item, VELARISSE Hair will cover the return shipping costs. If you request a return or exchange because you’ve changed your mind or simply prefer a different item, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags or packaging may be subject to additional fees or may not qualify for a refund.
